I'm Ben Logan. For 25 years I've worked at the intersection of data, product, and emerging technology, from scaling data products inside large financial-data companies to founding and selling a data-infrastructure startup. Two US patents in data lineage came out of that work.

I started First Coast Intelligence to close a specific gap. Most leaders are stuck choosing between slide-deck consultants who hand you a strategy but can't build it, and dev shops that can write code but don't understand your business or your risk. I sit in the middle: the discipline of a senior executive with the hands-on capability to build the thing myself.

What that means in practice is data you can stand behind. I define what good looks like, measure it, trace it, and deliver a working result, not a recommendation to go find someone who can. When a client needs a larger build, I bring in a small, vetted technical team under my direction, so you get real delivery with senior oversight.
